The Nike “Ky-D” Theme Continues On The Kyrie Infinity. Prepped under the “Ky-D” banner, this sneaker indulges in a multi-color arrangement complete with specific nods to the BK-based teammates - Kevin Durant and Kyrie Iriving. Hits of green and yellow across the shoe couple with graphics of the Seattle Space Needle to harken back to KD’s time as a SuperSonic. “35” and “7” figures are found throughout the basketball shoe, with the most obvious placement arriving via the outsole; these numbers immortalize the two jersey numbers the Washington D.C.-native has worn throughout his professional career. Dozens of other Durant-related easter eggs appear throughout the shoe, demonstrating Irving’s affection towards and admiration for the near 7-foot tall guard, whom he’s expressed he was in another life.
