track business performance, and automate key processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Specific Responsibility will include:
Master Data Management- create and maintain item master and similar foundational reports
Purchase Order Creation
Data Collection- responsible for collecting and organizing data from various sources and software
Decision Support- provide relevant information to buyers and merchandisers to help them make informed
decisions
Process Automation- Assist in automating key business processes, such as inventory management and
sustain the same by incorporating the timely changes
Requirements:
Retail background
Up to 2-4 years of proven work experience in planning/MDM/MIS
Proficiency in Advanced MS-Excel and PowerPoint
Hands on experience in preparing detailed MIS reports & dashboards
Strong analytical and technical skills * Attention to detail and effective communication

Create displays on a larger scale across stores as well as on a smaller scale within stores based on sales
patterns.
Train and work closely with our team members in each store to ensure that the theme changes we have
picked are being implemented across the stores.
Work with our designers to design various displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and
signs.
Identify and track key KPIs.
Produce and present KPI reports.
Keep abreast with industry and market trends.
The position is in Delhi, however frequent travel to our stores in Bangalore and Mumbai is required and
also will not be limited to just our stores but to other key markets.
Organize and send weekly/monthly reports to the Retail Head and Implement feedback.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role.
Proof of a strong and fresh visual portfolio.
Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices.
