Job Description

At VNV, the MIS/MDM Executive will be responsible to collect, sanitise, store and analyse the data to provide buyers and merchandisers with timely, accurate, and relevant information to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and performance monitoring. Overall, the role of MIS/MDM Executive is to create dashboards, track business performance, and automate key processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Specific Responsibility will include:

  • Master Data Management- create and maintain item master and similar foundational reports
  • Purchase Order Creation
  • Data Collection- responsible for collecting and organizing data from various sources and software
  • Reporting and Analytics- formulate sales reports, performance report, inventory mix dashboard etc
  • Decision Support- provide relevant information to buyers and merchandisers to help them make informed decisions
  • Process Automation- Assist in automating key business processes, such as inventory management and sustain the same by incorporating the timely changes

Requirements:

  • Retail background
  • Up to 2-4 years of proven work experience in planning/MDM/MIS
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience in preparing detailed MIS reports & dashboards
  • Strong analytical and technical skills * Attention to detail and effective communication
  • Agile- to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team! Your role as a Visual Merchandiser will play a crucial part in meeting our sales targets increasing the impression and attraction of our services and products via both offline and online channels.

Specific Responsibility will include:

  • Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy across all our stores in order to boost sales of merchandise, shoes and equipment.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan out themes that we want to and hold the ownership from planning-execution.
    publicize at all our stores each week and modify displays based on shelf spaces in various stores across all the regions.
  • Create and Implement merchandising techniques for new products as well as fast and slow movers across our stores.
  • Plan ahead for seasonal displays as well as important festivals and events. Should create a VM calendar for Season , festive changes and focus on key articles/launches etc
  • Create displays on a larger scale across stores as well as on a smaller scale within stores based on sales patterns.
  • Train and work closely with our team members in each store to ensure that the theme changes we have picked are being implemented across the stores.
  • Work with our designers to design various displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs.
  • Identify and track key KPIs.
  • Produce and present KPI reports.
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends.
  • The position is in Delhi, however frequent travel to our stores in Bangalore and Mumbai is required and also will not be limited to just our stores but to other key markets.
  • Organize and send weekly/monthly reports to the Retail Head and Implement feedback.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a visual merchandiser or similar role.
  • Proof of a strong and fresh visual portfolio.
  • Knowledge and understanding of innovative visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of materials and production.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills to ensure that displays are all implemented on time.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed forecasting on existing and new content for distribution, with the goal to maximize audience growth and engagement.
  • Evaluating & managing planned productions, editorials and commercial expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and managing relationships with key relevant broadcasters and digital platforms.
  • Ensure maximum business insight into content by giving effective and regular market feedback on specific distribution efforts, by establishing good working relationships with all internal parties and accurate management of the relevant internal databases.
  • Work alongside content development, social media & creative team to realize maximum alignment in communication strategies and reach for each content piece, coordinating rights windows to allow for audience-centric distribution.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and build an impressive brand image.
  • Identify PR opportunities and execute.
  • Nurture and leverage relationships with existing and potential media partners. Organise feature covers, talk shows/podcasts, story covers, PR events, campaigns to maximise the brand impact & visibility etc.
  • Handle media inquiries and proactively pitch stories to secure coverage.
  • Manage and respond to crises, ensuring consistent and accurate communication.
  • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor online conversations and address public feedback professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze PR performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on insights.
  • Review and manage PR budget and goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, PR tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Impressive public speaking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure communication impact.
  • Crisis management experience is a plus.
