Job Description

The Senior Executive Finance will support the Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of the company. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and compliance. The Assistant Manager Finance will ensure accurate financial records, assist in strategic financial planning, and provide leadership to the finance team.

Specific Responsibility will include:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Preparing and submitting all requisite documentation for foreign currency payments on bank portal on weekly basis including recording Imports and other invoices against foreign payments
  • Reconciling the Sale receipts according to the TDR rates as agreed with Payment Gateways
  • Preparing and filing the GSTR-1 within the specified due dates to avoid late fees and penalties and verifying all the compliances on sale such as Generation of E-way bills, IRN and E-invoice
  • Preparing and Maintaing Fixed Assets Register as required by The Companies Act, 2013. Calculating Depreciation and closing books for fixed assets on annual basis
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for financial statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master’s degree or CA dropout preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Proficiency in tally software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
